How to Apply for Custom Branding

You can opt for custom branding using two easy methods:

Option 1: Submit the Form

Step 1Click here to fill out the Custom Branding Request Form. You will receive an email confirmation.

Step 2: Reply to that email to connect with our Custom Branding Team.

Option 2: Email Us Directly

Step 1: Drop an email to support@printrove.com with a confirmation on the branding options you would like to move ahead with or any queries you may have.

Custom Branding Process

  1. Refer to the Branding Deck – Understand the available branding options through our Branding Deck by clicking here.

  2. Confirm the Branding Option – Choose what you’d like to go ahead with.

  3. Share Design Files – Submit your files as per the design guidelines below.

  4. Team Review & Payment Link – Our team will review the designs and share a payment link.

  5. Complete the Payment – Make the payment and share the screenshot for confirmation.

  6. Invoice & Processing – We’ll send you the invoice and move your order into processing.

  7. Bulk Printing – Branding materials are printed in bulk and may take 5–12 days, depending on the option chosen.

  8. Activation – Once printed, branding is enabled by default for all your future on-demand orders.

Branding Design Guidelines

The design guidelines for sharing branding designs are as follows:
  1. Resolution: 300 DPI
  2. Format: PNG / PDF
  3. Maximum Size: 5000 x 5000 pixels

 Additional Tips:
  1. Export files instead of saving to maintain quality.
  2. For Neck Labels, use a transparent background for best results.
  3. Design the Neck Labels in a single colour. You can opt for 500 units of Black & White or all 1000 units as Grey to ensure visibility on all coloured apparels. Multi-colour neck labels are charged at Rs.10 per unit + GST.

  5. Hangtags, Pack-ins & Stickers can have multi-colour designs with a coloured background.

Once your branding materials are printed, we make them live for your account and keep you informed. This leads to all the branding options getting automatically infused into your on-demand orders. You can also view the live branding options under Settings> Branding. Also, you can track the quantity of your Neck Labels from the page.
