How to Push, Sync or Save a product?

Understand how you can create and add products to the Printrove Account or your store. This will help you swiftly place manual orders or sync the products with your store to automate the order placing process.

What is the purpose of this feature?

To create a product in the Product Library, you will be given the option to choose from the Sync, Push or Save features. To help you choose correctly, we suggest understanding the purpose of each.
  1. Save
You can use the Save feature when you wish to simply create a product in the Product Library to place manual orders swiftly or are working with an E-commerce platform without integration. As the name suggests, it will save the product in the Printrove Product Library.
  1. Push
You can utilise the Push feature, if your Printrove Account is integrated with Shopify or WooCommerce. The feature will help you create and upload products directly on your store, while helping you name the product, set the retail price, edit the description, upload a mockup etc. on your store directly from Printrove.
  1. Sync
The Sync feature can be useful when you have already created your products on Shopify or WooCommerce stores and need to sync the Printrove products with them to automate the order placing process.

You can now utilise the features according to your need by creating the products in the Product Library.

How to Save a product?

Save a product to use the Quick Add feature or search a product using the SKU while manually placing orders in simple steps.

Step 1: Log in to the Merchant Panel.

Step 2: Head over to the Product Library and click on Add Product.



Step 3: Select Save.



Step 4: Select the Product and Category of the product you wish to create and click on Proceed.



Step 5: Design the product by selecting the colours and sizes you want to add, upload your design and adjust the placement. Once you are done, click on Procced.



Step 6: Name the product, customise the SKU as preferred, and click on Proceed.



Your product will be successfully saved in the Product Library! You can check the status of the variants by clicking on the Product Name. The status for all Saved products will be Created

How to Push a product?

Push a product to create and upload it on your store directly in 7 simple steps. This will help the system identify the product in an order and automate the order placing process.

The Push feature will be available only if a store has been integrated with the Printrove Account.

Step 1: Log in to the Merchant Panel.

Step 2: Head over to the Product Library and click on Add Product.



Step 3: Select Push.



Step 4: Select the Product and Category of the product you wish to create and click on Proceed.



Step 5: Design the product by selecting the colours and sizes you want to add, upload your design and adjust the placement. Once you are done, click on Procced.



Step 6: Select the Mockup Style and click on Proceed.



Step 7: Name the product and edit the description to your liking. Scroll down below to add the product to a Collection created on your store and set the Retail Price. Click on Proceed once done.

If you wish for the product to be uploaded on your store as a draft/unpublished status, you can disable the toggle for Display the Product.




Give it some time and your product will be successfully Pushed to the store! You can check the status of the variants by clicking on the Product Name. The status for all Pushed products will be Synced

How to Sync a product?

Utilise the Sync feature in simple steps to connect a product created on your store with the products in the Product Library. This will help the system identify the product in an order and automate the order placing process.

Step 1: Log in to the Merchant Panel.

Step 2: Head over to the Product Library and click on Add Product.



Step 3: Select Sync.



Step 4: Select the Product and Category of the product you wish to create and click on Proceed.



Step 5: Design the product by selecting the colours and sizes you want to add, upload your design and adjust the placement. Once you are done, click on Procced.



Step 6: Click on the Refresh icon in the search bar to ensure all your products have been pulled by Printrove. To avoid errors, copy-paste the product name from your store and press Enter. Click on the correct Product Name and ID pulled by the system.



Step 7: Sync each variant with their correct counter part to avoid any errors and click on Proceed

It's important to ensure that all variants have been correctly synced since the variants in an order will be recognised accordingly. If an S size variant has been synced with an M size variant, the order for all S sizes will be pulled and placed as M sizes on Printrove. 



And Done! All variants will be successfully Synced to the product in the store! You can check the status of the variants by clicking on the Product Name. The status for all Pushed products will be Synced

You will also receive a mail on your registered email address once the products have been Pushed or Synced successfully.
