To achieve an optimum print output for your designed products, we suggest following the guidelines and requirements mentioned below.
Design File Requirements
File Format
We accept both PNG and JPEG formats for designs.
Resolution
The design file resolution has to be a minimum of 300 DPI.
Color Model
We accept design files with RGB colour models. CMYK will not be accepted as our printers are set to convert RGB to CMYK.
Maximum size of design
You can upload a design file with the maximum size of 5000 x 5000 pixels.
Transparent Background
The printing charges for an apparel product are calculated on the area occupied by your design file. To ensure that you are charged the correct amount, we suggest editing your design files to have a transparent background. You can compare the two design files below; with and without background.
With Background
Transparent/ Without Background
Since the system recognises a design file with a transparent background, it automatically trims the transparent pixels and takes exact dimensions of the design to calculate the printing charges.

The trimming process would only work for design files saved in the PNG format.
You can edit a design file to achieve a transparent background in
Canva.
