How to Edit or Cancel an Order on Printrove?

In this article, we're going to learn about how you can edit your orders, add or remove products and update your customer’s shipping details - all of this in a few simple clicks.

So let's get started!

Editing an Order on Printrove

All your orders can be edited or modified as per your customer's demands or requests. You can follow the steps below to edit your orders:-

Step 1: Log into your Merchant Panel.

Step 2: Go to your Manage Orders Page. Once you place an order, you can view all the details of that order on your Manage Orders Page.

Step 3: Click on the Order ID that you wish to edit.

Step 4: Click on "Edit" in the top right corner.

Step 5: Click on "Add product" to add items or the "Delete item" icon to delete any UID, as per your customer's requests.

Products can be added or deleted from the order only in the Received Stage. This is because once the order enters the Processing Stage, your products are batched for printing or have been printed already.
