An In-depth Guide to Adding Products to Your Store (Push, Sync and Save)

In this article, we'll cover the various ways you can add products from Printrove to your newly created store. Before we jump right into it, make sure that you've successfully connected your store with Printrove. 

Yay! Let's get started 

So there're broadly three ways you could make use of the Printrove Product Library -

1. Pushing a product to your store

2. Syncing with an existing product on your store

3. Saving a product to the Product Library (in case you don't have a store and sell on marketplaces) 

Let's cover each one in brief below - 

Scenario 1: Pushing a Product to your Store



In this case, you basically start afresh and push multiple variants in product from Printrove to your store. Below are the steps - 

Step 1: Head over to the Printrove Dashboard and navigate to the Product Library.





Step 2: Hover to the right and click on Add Product. You will see the three ways of adding products, you can click on "Push" for this case.





Step 3
: Select the Category and the Product under the category. 







Step 4: Choose the colors and sizes that you would like to push and proceed to add your design.
 






Step 5: Select the mockup style and choose if you'd like to push both the front and backside mockups and click on proceed.


Step 6: Enter the product name, description, select the collection, and enter the price at which you would like to sell.

If you want the product to be in a draft/unpublished status, you can switch the toggle off for displaying the product.






Step 7: Finally, click on proceed and boom! Your product is created and shall be pushed shortly to your store. When it's done, you shall receive an email on your registered email ID.


Editing variants to already pushed products within Printrove:-


What if you want to let's say edit the design size based on T-shirt sizes or maybe change the position of the design. We got you covered.


Here's how you can achieve that -


Step 1: Head over to the product you would like to edit.


Step 2: Click on edit to edit the variant design size or position.




Step 3: Make the changes and click on Proceed to save them. You're good to go!





Scenario 2: Syncing an already created Product in your Store

In this section, we shall cover how do you go about syncing products already created on your store.


Step 1: Head over to the Product Library from your dashboard and click on Sync


Step 2: Select the Category and the product under the sub-category.






Step 3: Select the colors and sizes that you would like to map with the design.


Step 4: Enter the product name from your store in Printrove for it to pull the product.






Step 5: Match the color and size of the products in your store to the newly created product and click proceed.





Yay! Your product has been successfully synced with Printove.



Scenario 3: Saving a Product to your Product Library


Have your store on any other platform? Or are you someone who's selling on marketplaces like Amazon and Instagram?


Don't worry, we got you covered as well. :D


You can easily save your products to the Product Libary for quicker reordering in the future. Here are the steps below - 



Step 1: Head over to the Printrove Dashboard and navigate to the Product Library.


Step 2: Hover to the right and click on Add Product. You will see the three ways of adding products, you can click on "Save" for this case.


Step 3: Select the Category and the Product under the category. 


Step 4: Choose the colors and sizes that you would like to push and proceed to add your design.






Step 5:
You can enter your product name and select a unique easy to remember prefix for all the variants. In most cases, this could be an abbreviation of your product name.







Step 6: Finally, click on proceed and boom! Your product has been saved successfully.
